We act independently and impartially to all relevant parties in audit and certification activities, and we stand at an equal distance. All customers have the right to receive service within the framework of accreditation rules.
We apply our certification procedures to all customers in the same way. No explicit or implicit discrimination is made against any client, such as speeding up or prolonging the certification process. All of our Employees continue their activities away from any financial or other conflict of interest concerns.
No person or organization can affect the decisions of the personnel, controllers and certificaters involved in the activities carried out within the framework of product certification services.
Our organization has impartiality in the decisions regarding the issuance, extension and withdrawal of the certificate. In order to ensure impartiality, consultancy services and other services that may endanger impartiality are not provided within the scope of our related activities.
During the receipt of the application of the institutions requesting certification, situations that may cause conflict of interest are analyzed and in such a case, certification service is not provided.
All necessary resources are constantly provided to ensure that the certification services are carried out in the best way within the framework of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17065 standard, to ensure the continuous satisfaction of the service providers and to keep the complaints at a minimum level. We declare that we guarantee all these with our organizational policy, procedures, values and this document.
