We act independently and impartially and keep an equal distance from all parties involved in auditing and certification activities. All customers have the right to receive service within the framework of accreditation rules.
We apply our certification procedures to all customers in the same way. No hidden or overt discrimination is made against any customer, such as speeding up or extending the certification process. All our employees continue their activities free from any financial or other conflict of interest concerns.
No person or organization can influence the decisions of the personnel, controllers and certifiers involved in the activities carried out within the framework of product certification services.
Our organization is impartial in decisions regarding the issuance, extension and withdrawal of the document. In order to ensure impartiality, consultancy services and other services that may jeopardize impartiality are not provided within the scope of our relevant activities.
Situations that may cause a conflict of interest are analyzed during the application of the organizations requesting certification, and in such a case, certification service is not provided.
All necessary resources are continuously provided to ensure that certification services are carried out in the best way possible within the framework of the TS EN ISO / IEC 17065 standard, to ensure the continuous satisfaction of the serviced parties and to keep complaints at a minimum level. We declare that we guarantee all of these with our establishment policy, procedures, values and this document.
